It would appear ( tested on v8.1 ) that the atem control panel software does not respond correctly to non default scaling settings in windows 10.Scenario - I have a Windows 10 Pro based Lenovo Thinkpad 10 ( touchpad ).
The default windows factory fresh install sets the scaling to 150%.

This is fine for most apps and allows the 1920x1200 10 inch display to show reasonable size text very clearly.However atem panel is too big ( beyond the size of the screen ) and is unusable.

Setting scaling to a lower value ( 100% ) allows atem to be normal. Obviously with the consequence of tiny text in everything else.
